NOMOS Glashütte is an independent German watch manufacturer founded in 1990 and headquartered in Glashütte, Saxony, one of Germany’s historic centres of watchmaking. The company produces mechanical watches with a clean, modern design language and develops its own hand-wound and automatic calibers.

NOMOS manufactures and finishes its movements in Glashütte, including the production of caliber components, movement assembly, regulation and casing. Under Germany’s legally protected Glashütte designation of origin, at least half of the essential manufacturing stages must take place locally; NOMOS states that its watches achieve up to 95% value creation in Glashütte.
