Hagenør is a Danish design and craft studio based in Kolding, creating handcrafted furniture, kitchenware and interior objects from solid wood and metal. Founded by designer-maker Christian Madsen, the brand combines Danish functional design with Japanese principles of simplicity, respect for materials and appreciation of imperfection.

Each piece is made in Hagenør’s own workshop in Denmark. The collection centres on cutting and serving boards in oak, alongside trays, coasters, one-of-a-kind kintsugi-inspired pieces and furniture such as side and dining tables. The studio works with materials including FSC-certified European oak, reclaimed timber, brass and metal, with selected designs making use of leftover or naturally imperfect wood.
