Biżuteria z talerzy is a Polish jewelry brand created by Warsaw-based sculptor and jewelry maker Magdalena Ziółkowska. Since 2010, she has transformed fragments of broken and discarded ceramic tableware into one-of-a-kind jewelry.
Pieces of porcelain, faience and stoneware are selected for their original decoration, cut and ground into new shapes, then combined with jewelry findings, sterling silver and, in selected pieces, gemstones or sea glass. The original patterns are preserved rather than reproduced or repainted.
The collection includes earrings, necklaces, brooches, rings, bracelets and cufflinks, often incorporating recognisable Polish ceramics such as Włocławek, Bolesławiec, Chodzież and Lubiana alongside vintage European tableware.
