La Violeta is a family business that was established in 1915 by D. Mariano Gil and Dña. Pilar Temiño. It was located in Plaza de Canalejas, 6 Madrid, Spain.

Since then the shop has been in the same place with the same essence of what is a traditional business.

Right now the third generation of the Gil Temiño family is running this century shop that is a top ten of Madrid.
