Founded in 1995, TASHEV is a family-owned Bulgarian outdoor equipment manufacturer based in Pleven. Its own factory makes durable backpacks, bags and accessories for hiking, mountaineering, travel, school and everyday use.

The range includes expedition and day backpacks, school and laptop bags, duffels, smaller bags, gaiters, rain covers and other backpack accessories. TASHEV uses technical fabrics including Cordura® and polyester, and offers an in-house repair service for its bags and backpacks.

TASHEV makes its backpacks and bags at its factory in Pleven, Bulgaria. Some of its accessories and trekking socks are described as European-made, without specifying a country. Its online store also carries outdoor products from other brands.
